UPMC is looking for a full-time Process Analyst to support Procure to Pay operations.

This position works Monday- Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm with a hybrid schedule. 3 days at home, 2 days at US Steel Tower.

Purpose:
The Process Analyst is responsible for leading Supply Chain Management projects/initiatives related to business process development and improvement, and business process infrastructure.
Responsibilities:

  • Continuous business process improvements over key areas of accountability
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose initiatives in business processes and services through comprehensive analysis and detailed process reviews
  • Analyze transaction issues and design solutions to resolve the issues and improve the overall Procure to Pay process flow
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to support automation and operational efficiency
  • Participate on cross functional teams (internal and external) to support business objectives
  • Support and lead the implementation of operational efficiency initiatives
  • Prepare and present project status reports
  • Assist in business process improvement training as needed
  • Manage Procure to Pay key control reports and address process gaps/risks
  • Manage the resolution of issues that are escalated to UPMC Management, as delegated
  • Oversee the relationships with third party vendors who provide outsourced services to UPMC Procure to Pay
  • Oversee Procure to Pay activities in the absence of the Sr. Manager, Procure to Pay
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or related field and 3 years of related work experience required.
  • Or Equivalent education and experience.
