Tailor complex messages and strategies to resonate with diverse audiences, from frontline associates to C-level executives.* Operational Excellence & Analysis: Independently identify organizational needs and systemic problems using advanced analytical techniques (e.g., capacity modeling, Erlang model generation, and complex data manipulation).
