Sales Account Executive


DynaGraphics | Reno, NV


DynaGraphics is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and helping drive revenue growth across our commercial printing and marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across a variety of industries and markets.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals.
  • Create and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and strategic opportunities.
  • Expand business within existing accounts by identifying additional products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of DynaGraphics' products, services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or quota-carrying sales roles.
  • Strong background in commercial printing sales, including one or more of the following:
    • Omnichannel Marketing
    • Offset printing
    • Digital printing – Inkjet and Toner
    • Wide-format printing/Environmental Graphics
    • Mailing services
    • Promotional products and branded apparel
    • Experience in Marketing, Events Management, and PR, will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, public relations, event planning, or related fields is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, business development, and training purposes (less than 20% travel).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.


Compensation and Benefits


Base Salary (DOE): $55-65K, plus commission. (OTE: $80k-140k)
