As Customer Supply Chain Director, you will be the strategic bridge between our business and our customers, driving collaboration, elevating service performance, building partnerships, and define the strategy that fuels long-term growth.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Lead and direct all aspects of Customer Supply Chain activities for assigned customers, including creating an aligned strategy with Sales leadership and ensuring execution processes are established to deliver consistent, reliable service throughout the supply chain
  • Own key strategic initiatives including Efficiency Bracket Pricing, Customer Backhaul, VMI, On-Shelf Availability, Efficiency Programs, and Fines & Deductions management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily interaction and communication with Sales Executives, Customer Executives, Supply Chain Leadership, and all functions that impact service delivery
  • Ensure implementation of the operational components of customer strategies, driving clear communication on issues, recovery plans, and long-term opportunities
  • Engage Senior (VP-level) internal and customer stakeholders to drive long-term strategic partnerships
  • Develop, sponsor, and implement service improvement initiatives with customers, including joint value creation programs identified through collaborative planning
  • Act as the voice of the customer in all supply chain decisions, ensuring customer needs are represented across internal functions
  • Develop and sponsor projects to deliver revenue and P&L targets, applying end-to-end thinking across customer programs, fines, and productivity initiatives
  • Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders including Sales, Logistics Operations, Demand Planning, Product Supply, and external partners
  • Achieve KPI targets including customer service levels, invoice accuracy, overdues, and deductions through effective process design and execution
  • Build and lead a high-performing team by developing, coaching, delegating, and creating growth opportunities that advance both individual careers and the business agenda
  • Focus on account- and channel-specific initiatives in efficient replenishment and on-shelf availability

Job specific requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Customer Supply Chain, CS&L, or a related supply chain function
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including direct reports at the manager level
  • Demonstrated experience working with large retail customers (e.g., mass, grocery, club, or drug channel) in a customer-facing supply chain or account management capacity
  • Proven track record of delivering against KPIs and driving measurable service improvements
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Demand Planning, and Warehousing
  • Familiarity with supply chain programs such as VMI, CPFR, or On-Shelf Availability frameworks

Education Requirement

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
