About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the design and execution of complex turnkey processing systems, including integrated skid systems and tank solutions, for the sanitary manufacturing industries.

This role serves as a technical leader and subject matter expert, driving system performance, mentoring engineers, and interfacing directly with clients.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Technical Leadership

  • Lead design of complex systems:
    • Multi-skid processing lines
    • Advanced CIP/SIP and aseptic systems
  • Provide technical direction and mentor engineering team

Process Design & Execution

  • Own full project lifecycle from concept through commissioning
  • Approve PFDs, P&IDs, and engineering deliverables
  • Perform and validate advanced process calculations
  • Ensure systems meet performance, cost, and schedule targets

Client & Project Interface

  • Lead customer technical discussions
  • Support proposals, estimates, and design reviews
  • Participate in design reviews and risk assessments

Compliance & Optimization

  • Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, 3-A, ASME BPE
  • Drive standardization and cost reduction initiatives

What You Bring

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Proven experience delivering turnkey skid/tank systems
