Job Title: Manager, Industrial Engineering
Job Summary:
The Industrial Engineering Manager is responsible for coordinating operational planning initiatives and driving efficiency improvements across the organization. This role partners closely with the operations team to design effective facility layouts and staffing plans that optimize productivity and control costs. The Industrial Engineering Manager also analyzes historical business data to develop building and facility forecasts that support long-term strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage resources and oversee day-to-day process and procedure administration.
  • Analyze building and facility projects, develop operational layouts, and partner with operations to identify the most efficient and cost-effective business practices.
  • Establish, monitor, and enforce performance standards to ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Address and resolve performance issues in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, fostering accountability and teamwork.

Job Requirements:
