Our Team

The Campaign Automation team, part of Marketing Automation domain, is dedicated to enabling more relevant communications for customers by improving operational efficiency across marketing channels. We tackle the challenge of delivering relevant and timely omnichannel experiences at scale, where content availability, variety, quality, and volume currently constrain campaign execution. By streamlining the process of building campaigns, we aim to reduce the time and effort the business spends on creating campaigns at scale. Ultimately, our mission is to unlock Vistaprint's ability to offer truly personalized omnichannel experiences by removing the operational bottlenecks that stand in the way.

What You Will Do
  • Be part of a remote motivated team that is passionate about delivering impactful work to delight our customers.

  • Partner effectively with Product Managers and UX to manage scope and define deliverables for the roadmap based on estimates that get refined over time, responsible for all resource assignments and communicating timeline, scope, and technical concerns to partners.

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 10 software engineers, contributing to the team's success by providing feedback on pull requests and reviewing the overall architecture of features that are being delivered.

  • Identify areas of technical debt, do the cost/benefit analysis for resolving this debt, and work with Product to get the work added to the roadmap. Define, Track and share metrics to ensure code quality, reliability, scalability, testability, observability, etc.

  • Partner with technical leads to ensure the team builds flexible systems and processes, working towards simple, straightforward solutions and reducing complexity when possible.

  • Build processes that drive technical accountability within the team, identifying process bottlenecks, and clearing any potential roadblocks for the engineers.

  • Leverage AI-native coding practices and tools to accelerate development workflows, enhance code quality, and foster innovation within our engineering stack.

  • Write code in our modern stack: C# + .NET Core or Typescript + node.

  • Review code, build and run automated tests, deliver documentation, promote technical standards, and do anything else you deem vital to deliver high quality, maintainable, robust code.

  • Work in an environment where agile and iterative software development practices are embraced.
