Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of new manufacturing processes and systems.
  2. Manage and oversee all aspects of project management, from conception to completion.
  3. Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  4. Utilize your expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Design to improve the functionality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.
  5. Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
  6. Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to design and optimize manufacturing systems and processes.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that manufacturing processes align with company objectives and customer requirements.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes and systems.
  10. Provide technical guidance and training to engineering team members.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
