We are currently seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Permanent Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for industrial engineering.

Responsibilities:

The Permanent Process Engineer will be responsible for:

  • 1. Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.
  • 2. Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data.
  • 3. Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes.
  • 4. Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
  • 5. Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
  • 6. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements and monitor outcomes.
  • 7. Ensuring that all processes comply with safety and environmental regulations.
  • 8. Establishing process KPIs and conduct performance analysis.
  • 9. Providing process documentation and operating instructions.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Process Engineer position should possess the following:

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferable in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3. Proven work experience in process simulations and knowledge of process engineering software packages.
