3 Key Consulting is hiring an Engineer for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will apply process engineering knowledge to support technology transfer and ongoing cGMP production of commercial protein biologics processes.
Scope of work could include:
  • Must have strong knowledge and understanding of cell culture operations including large mammalian cell culture and perfusion bioreactor operations
  • Applies expertise in process performance monitoring, floor support, troubleshooting of unit operations by integrating trends, data and information
  • Compile and analyze process data using tools such as excel, Minitab, JMP
  • Verify data in technical reports, spreadsheets, and regulatory filings
  • Author process validation protocols, technical assessments, and product impact assessments
  • Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills in technical writing and presentations
  • Interface with other functions such as Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Supply Chain and Regulatory
    Basic Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree OR
  • Bachelor's Degree & 2 years of Process Development or Operations experience OR
  • Associate's Degree & 6 years of Process Development or Operations experience OR
  • High school diploma/GED and 8 years of Process Development or Operations experience
Top Must have Skill Sets:
  • Experience related to upstream (cell culture) process development, scale-up and ongoing manufacturing of biologics (cGMP).
  • Possess basic understanding of regulatory and cGMP requirements
  • Able to compile and analyze process data using tools such as excel, Minitab, JMP
