Job Summary:
Seeking a Process Engineer with experience in validation, tech transfer, and chemical manufacturing processes. The role involves process improvement, equipment qualification, scale-up, and ensuring quality/compliance in a life sciences environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process validation
  • Support tech transfer of manufacturing processes
  • Prepare process flow diagrams, mass/energy balances
  • Conduct risk assessments (HAZOP, FMEA)
  • Investigate deviations and implement corrective actions
  • Improve process efficiency and support scale-up activities
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 3–5+ years of process engineering experience in chemical manufacturing
