  • Conduct ergonomic assessments for Assembly workstations,Manufacturing processes & Material handling tasks
  • Perform risk assessment using standard tools (RULA, REBA, NIOSH, etc.)
  • Analyze operator posture, force, repetition, and task frequency
  • Identify musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) risks and unsafe practices
  • Evaluate layout, tooling, equipment, and work cell design
  • Conduct workplace evaluations and risk assessments to identify hazards and improvement opportunities
  • Recommend and implement ergonomic improvements Workstation redesign,Height adjustments, assist devices, tooling changes & Process re-engineering
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ergonomics into Product design & Manufacturing processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Safety & EHS teams & Manufacturing teams
  • Contribute to process optimization and productivity improvement
  • Ensure compliance with Ergonomic standards, Occupational health & safety regulations
