Process Engineer โ€“ Manufacturing (Onsite | $85Kโ€“$100K)

We are partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturing organization to identify a Process Engineer to support and improve production processes within a highly automated plant environment.

This is a hands-on, plant-facing role focused on process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a production setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, modify, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and production targets
  • Analyze process performance metrics (yield, cycle time, scrap, etc.) and implement root cause solutions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, SPC, and process optimization techniques
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing methods
  • Support implementation and validation of process changes and equipment improvements
  • Assist with evaluation of new equipment, tooling, and process upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Deliver technical documentation and continuously improve work instructions and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials, or related)
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
