DRIVE ENTITLEMENT & APPROVAL PROCESSES

• Manage all aspects of entitlements including rezoning, variances, conditional use permits,

annexations, and related approvals.

• Coordinate with city, county, state, and federal agencies to ensure projects remain compliant and on

schedule.

• Prepare and present proposals to planning commissions, councils, public agencies, and community

groups.

• Monitor evolving land use and environmental regulations that may impact project timelines or

viability.

COORDINATE PLANNING, DESIGN & INFRASTRUCTURE

• Partner with civil engineers, architects, planners, and landscape architects to develop thoughtful,

high-quality site plans.

• Review grading plans, utility layouts, traffic studies, environmental reports, and infrastructure

coordination efforts.

• Ensure projects align with community expectations, operational goals, and long-term master

planning initiatives.

MANAGE PROJECTS & CONSULTANT TEAMS

• Build and maintain development schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking across multiple active

projects.

• Lead coordination with external consultants including engineers, surveyors, environmental specialists,
