They frequently collaborate with seasoned engineers and other departments such as quality assurance and operations to implement solutions or test new equipment and procedures. Daily responsibilities can range from conducting research and preparing technical documentation to participating in meetings and presenting findings. These experiences help interns build essential technical and interpersonal skills that are valuable for future engineering roles.
