Whatyou willdo:

Manage materials development room for Controls Engineering. Receive, inventory, track, kit, and label development materials for engineering builds, testing, and prototyping.

How will you do it:

  • Manage NPI part material storage and movement.

  • Ship, label and track all material for product development

  • Support material movement, storage and tracking to new lab location Summer 2026

  • Support and maintain NPI material data, through excel queries, pivot tables and data base creations

  • Places orders, inventories engineering experimental material to support New Product Introduction (NPI).

  • Manage part movement between NPI build sites to support scheduled builds.

What we look for

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an 4 year college

  • Pursuing a degree inFinance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or Business

  • An effective communicator to all levels of the organization

  • Must have demonstrated computer skills, including use of Microsoft Excel

  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change

  • Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $19.00 - $24.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
