About The Opportunity

The Process & Staretgy Analyst II is an experienced, hands-on practitioner who helps teams move complex priorities from intent to measurable outcomes. The role provides flexible initiative, program, process, prioritization, analytical, change, and delivery support based on organizational nee. Responsibilities include:

  • Helping leaders and teams define outcomes, scope, decision rights, success measures, workstreams, sequencing, and readiness for complex initiatives.

  • Building and actively managing fit-for-purpose plans, decisions, dependencies, risks, and actions needed to maintain momentum and achieve the intended result.

  • Facilitating intake, prioritization, planning, and review cycles. Develop clear analyses and decision materials using value, customer impact, effort, readiness, dependencies, risk, capacity, and performance data.

  • Maintaining useful portfolio visibility and surface tradeoffs or emerging constraints

  • Assessing stakeholder and operational impacts; develop practical communication, training, readiness, launch, and adoption approaches; and help teams sustain change after implementation

  • Identifying recurring friction in how work is planned, decided, documented, tested, or launched. Improve reusable methods, playbooks, decision records, knowledge assets, and business-acceptance practices without adding unnecessary process.

  • Coordinating with business, Technology, Engineering, Data, UX, QA, Finance, Legal, Procurement, vendors, and other partners to clarify resource needs, ownership, dependencies, and commitments.

  • Supporting pod, Agile, sprint, and planning processes and elevate gaps that require leadership decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in product operations, business operations, program or initiative delivery, transformation, process improvement, business analysis, change enablement, or related work

  • Experience enabling complex cross-functional initiatives from definition through launch, adoption, and follow-through

  • Experience facilitating intake, prioritization, planning, or portfolio-review processes

  • Experience developing analyses, recommendations, and decision materials for leaders

  • Experience aligning business, technical, operational, and vendor contributors

  • Experience managing dependencies, decisions, risks, readiness, communications, and adoption

  • Experience working in matrixed environments without relying on formal authority

What We Offer

  • Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage

  • FSA options for Medical, Dependent Care & Commuter Benefits

  • Paid Time off, Paid Sick Time, and Paid Holidays

  • 401(k) with generous match program

  • Free Life Insurance and AD&D
