Duration: 6+ Months

Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

1. Overview

The IT Process Analyst will support the organization’s digital delivery operations by governing delivery processes, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining web-related services, and driving continuous process improvement. The analyst ensures that digital products and services are delivered efficiently, securely, and in alignment with strategic IT goals.

2. Responsibilities & Activities

A. Digital Delivery & Governance

1. IT Governance Strategy

  • Champion, collaborate on, and implement Digital Delivery strategies.
  • Support execution of IT strategy by aligning delivery processes with organizational goals.
  • Ensure governance practices are followed across all delivery activities.

2. Digital Delivery Execution

  • Deliver digital products including custom software, SaaS platforms, and system integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to defined deliverables, acceptance criteria, and release requirements.
  • Manage and maintain the team task board to reflect accurate work status.
  • Oversee sprint resource allocation to align with team capacity and priorities.

B. Agile Delivery Operations

1. Agile Ceremonies

Facilitate and participate in:

  • Periodic standups
  • Sprint planning sessions
  • Sprint retrospectives
  • Backlog grooming and refinement

2. Coordination Activities

  • Coordinate day-to-day work with project managers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  • Manage communication and alignment with external vendors supporting digital delivery.

D. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

1. Process Maintenance

  • Recommend, implement, and adjust operational processes in collaboration with the team.
  • Maintain documentation of delivery workflows, standards, and procedures.

2. Evangelizing Process Improvements

  • Identify improvement opportunities and advocate for new processes using data-driven insights.
  • Support experimentation, pilot initiatives, and evaluation of process changes.

3. Delivery Metrics

  • Track, measure, and visualize delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, SLA adherence).
  • Provide insight into performance trends to guide decision-making.
