As our Process Control Lead, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and overseeing electric, electronics, equipment process control, and connectivity activities and projects on the Manufacturing floor to ensure that maintenance, modifications, and improvements of the equipment in your scope of responsibility are implemented at the best cost and specified quality, ensuring the compliance with PMI standards and managing the overall performance towards customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day:
  • Lead site process control optimization by implementing proper procedures for adjustments and calibration.
  • Coordinate activities related to electricity, electronics, equipment process control installation, and modification of production equipment.
  • Lead technical development of process control projects in order to improve safety conditions, quality, and more effective use of equipment, spare parts, and materials.
  • Perform regular coaching to develop PC&IS and daily management system capabilities of the team, according to the IMS and to support in the personnel skill/technical development of each team member in order to build ownership and team autonomy.
  • Owner of the operations, control & instrumentation strategy & master plan, Site Level focus on simplification, automation, digitalization projects, PC&IS capability owner.
  • Analyze the most frequent causes of breakdowns, wastes, out of specs products and recommend corrective actions/solutions in order to contribute to overall productivity and quality improvement.
  • Update the technical documentation with the latest modifications or improvements.
  • Support all necessary qualification and validation activities (Computer System Validation) activities following changes or upgrades.
  • Support adherence to all relevant Computerized Systems validation procedures and rules.
    • Collaborate with the Information Security Operations team in performing assessments on the shop floor.
  • Contribute to the Information Security vulnerability management, e.g. by determining applicability of security patches (based on asset inventory) and applying said security patches or coordinating their application by vendors, when needed.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement process
  • Train and assist users with process control systems
  • Ensure continuous technical support to production personnel to provide optimum operating conditions of process control & supervision systems related to production equipment.
  • Provide coaching to other technical specialists.

Who we're looking for:
  • Bachelors/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent education, Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics major preferred.
  • More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing facilities or similar.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Programming abilities desired.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaboration, teamwork, customer orientation, quick learning, and attention to detail.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Base Salary Range: $114,400-$143,000
