Location: Mossville, IL (Onsite)
Travel: Up to 25% (Local supplier visits within the Midwest)

Job Summary

Seeking a Process Control Engineer to support supply chain operations by coordinating material coverage, shipment prioritization, and supplier performance management to ensure uninterrupted production. The role involves leading supplier control tower meetings, analyzing demand requirements, creating coverage reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to address supply risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead control tower meetings with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain material coverage and shipment planning reports.
  • Analyze supply chain demand and prioritize shipments based on business needs.
  • Create tracking tools, dashboards, charts, and performance reports.
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify potential supply risks.
  • Coordinate with buyers, planners, and operations teams to resolve material shortages.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate degree with relevant experience may be considered).
