Job description

We are seeking motivated Construction Management Interns to gain hands-on experience in both field and office operations. This internship provides exposure to all phases of commercial construction while working alongside experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and other construction professionals. Interns will contribute to active projects, develop technical and leadership skills, and gain valuable insight into the construction management process.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist project teams with daily construction management activities.
  • Support document control, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and as-built documentation.
  • Participate in jobsite safety initiatives and quality control processes.
  • Conduct field observations, safety walks, and punch list inspections.
  • Attend project meetings and collaborate with project teams to support project goals and milestones.
  • Assist with scheduling, project tracking, and coordination efforts.
  • Participate in intern training sessions focused on estimating, project management, scheduling, VDC/BIM, and field operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
