The IPAL (Intelligent Process Automation Lab) is building a team of experts charged with scaling our delivery capability and helping to shape/drive automation opportunities.
This position is responsible for assisting the IPAL Lead in business interactions / relationship management, demand consolidation and prioritization, and portfolio strategy / roadmap. Responsibilities include automation use case and POD expansion throughout the organization and ensuring the program adheres to industry best discovery practices, establishes discovery COE, and governs prioritization of high-impact use cases.

Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR 9 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience.
*2 years experience leading projects
*Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
*Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
*Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
*Business acumen.
*Project management skills
*Requirements definition and management.
*SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development.

* Excellent inter-personal communication skills, communicating with Business process owners and leadership.
* Business Analysis expertise on an RPA platform (UiPath or other)
* 4+ years' experience with Automation (RPA ideal) with 6+ years of overall experience
* Experience working with RPA Process Definition Documents (PDD) ensuring Process Understanding goals like as-is path and bot-path.
* Ability to multi-task and support development teams to ensure timely software development deliverables
* Certification: UiPath Business Analysis Fundamentals
