What you will do:
  • Plan, deploy, and integrate software products within Cloud Infrastructure environments
  • Innovate with automation and AI to improve configurations, installations, migrations, and testing
  • Prepare documentation, troubleshoot issues, identify defects, and implement fixes
  • Dive into scripting and occasional coding to optimize solutions
  • Build and test in Ericsson labs, customer labs, and production environments
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements

The skills you bring:
  • Experience with software deployment, including installation, configuration, and testing
  • Solid understanding of IP networking principles and protocols
  • Familiarity with deployment in virtual/cloud environments like OpenStack, OpenShift, or Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in tools for CI/CD, automation, AI, DevOps, and agile workflows
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork in customer projects
  • 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, or Master's, on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship
  • Majors in Computer Science, IT, Telecom, or other technical fields
  • Be available to work 40 hours per week during the summer or Co-Op term
