About the role

We're looking for a Intermediate RPA Software Developer (UiPath and PowerAutomate) to join our growing team!

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain RPA automations using UiPath and PowerAutomate
  • Identify and implement opportunities to augment RPA with LLMs (e.g., summarization, classification, extraction, routing, and reasoning support).
  • Build agentic workflows (tool-using AI agents) that can plan steps, call internal tools/APIs, and execute actions with appropriate guardrails.
  • Collaborate with BAs and stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes (PDD/SDD), and identify automation opportunities.
  • Create resilient automations with strong exception handling, logging, monitoring, and auditability.
  • Integrate automations with enterprise systems (web apps, CRM, email, APIs, databases).
  • Support testing (unit/integration/UAT), deployment, and production support; troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years (or equivalent) hands-on experience developing RPA solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Uipath and Power Automate certified
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts: selectors, queues, orchestrations, credential vaults.
  • Experience with structured error handling
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Scripting/programming experience: Python, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building or integrating agentic AI frameworks
  • Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI concepts, such as: Prompting patterns and RAG basicsTool/function calling concepts Evaluation concepts (accuracy, hallucination risk, human in the loop)
  • Experience integrating with LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, AWS Bedrock)
  • Experience with document automation and unstructured data processing.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
