  • Shift: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) Sunday - Saturday 7am - 8pm EST. Flexibity Required: Must be able to work a flexible 8-hour shiift within the operating hours above to support business needs. 

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assitance, resolving inquiresm abd ensuring a positive customer experience. 

Duties:

  • Conduct data entry and maintain customer records accurately
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or schedule appointments
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while assisting customers with their queries
  • Provide exceptional client services by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the office team to ensure seamless customer interactions

Experience:
