POSITION SUMMARY

Sales Associates are brand ambassadors responsible for creating an emotional connection between our customers and the brand. They consistently exceed expectations, provide exceptionalserviceand display passion for our brand. Sales Associates are part of a team focused on deliveringtop linesales results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Consumer Engagement

  • Greetsandoffers assistance toevery customer; focuses on customer engagement and suggestive selling to driveUPT and conversion.

  • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of product and promotions to help explain value and build brand loyalty.

  • Prioritizes deliveringan exceptionalcustomer experience and always places our customer first; asks our customers for feedback and conveys business opportunities to management.

Achieve Operational Excellence

  • Executes processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards. Adheres to brand standards as it relates to all inventory control processes as it relates to inventory and RFID processes.

  • Upholds backstock organization and adheres to all company tools,policiesand procedures.

  • Maintains awareness of potential theft andreportsconcerns tomanagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior retail experience preferred.

  • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.

  • Flexible schedule requiredincludingnights,weekendsand overnight shifts.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to walk, stand, bend,reachand squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.

Pay Range:$16.00-$20.50PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
