Job description

Project Manager will primarily focus with the RFP management process and New Client Awards, which can consist of multiple projects and tasks simultaneously to ensure that all deadlines and client contracted requirements are met. Candidate will also take the lead on projects, tasks, and managing to completion. Responsible for partnering and communicating with other departments concerning updates to client contracts that need to be shared to effectively serve our client.

This includes uploading contracts, tracking contract end dates, assisting with CRM reports, scheduling RFP kickoff meetings and adding RFP milestones to the calendar. Job Duties: Manage and coordinate multiple RFPs to ensure they are completed on time while following the RFP Process. Assist with gathering documents for New Awards and following the tasks and responsibilities in the Awards Process.

Maintain accurate records of all accounts and large projects that fall under Business Development. Assist with managing and tracking all contracts in salesforce, and Case FMS cloud storage which include (start and end dates) and aligning with company financial goals, and client retention. Help drive collaboration across multiple departments to promote a team environment (positive, can-do attitude).

Delegate work to other departments based on request from clients. Assist with communication between client and multiple departments: operations, accounting, compliance, etc. Assist with managing third party systems for RFPs and compliance.

Assist with other projects and responsibilities as needed.
