Job description

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a collaborative team supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations for a growing organization.


SALARY: $30.00 per hour

LOCATION: Remote

SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Temporary-to-Hire | Monday-Friday | 8:00/9:00 AM - 4:30/5:30 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including new hire documentation, orientation, and employee setup.
  • Support recruiting efforts by posting positions, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions and employee relations matters.
  • Maintain employee records, process employment verifications, and support HR compliance activities.
  • Assist with benefits administration, leave management, HR projects, and other day-to-day Human Resources functions.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience supporting multiple HR functions.
  • Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Dayforce is a plus.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred but not required.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video conferencing, and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote work environment.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work onsite in an office environment throughout the workday.
  • Frequently sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift or move office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
