Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, screening applicants, and
providing administrative support for the Staffing Department, which places candidates in administrative, professional, technical, and engineering roles into temporary, temporary-to-hire, or direct-hire positions.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Send online application links to applicants via email
  • Review and manage online application workflows
  • Screen online applications to determine next steps in the hiring process
  • Assist candidates with questions throughout the application process
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the Staffing Department
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Assist with job postings to company website, external job boards and Zip Recruiter.
  • Assist with recruitment process by reviewing posting responses and running resume database searches on Zip Recruiter.
  • Will assist staffing department with onboarding of employees.
  • General office duties as assigned – filing and copying

Job Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of office support experience (preferably within staffing, recruiting, human resources, or customer service)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel; strong data entry and typing abilities
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
