Description
The Process Engineer I is an entry level position and is responsible for the data collection and analysis, as well as working on small MEMS based lithography projects. Process Engineer I will work with senior engineers to develop improvements in process performance, tool capacity, and product performance. This position will facilitate the completion of existing projects with guidance from senior engineers. This position will also be involved with preparing work documentation such as process travelers and standard work instructions (SWIs). Main processing areas are photolithography, etch, and thin film deposition.
Responsibilities
Process Engineering
• Aid in the development of new processes to support customer device fabrication.
• Work with a senior engineer on assigned customer specific projects.
• Assist production team in data collection and analysis for troubleshooting process issues.
• Work with a senior engineer to document and communicate robust processes while sharing DOE results.
• Support the transfer of customer device fabrication processes from engineering to production.
• Create proper documentation to capture process flows and adjustments to work instructions.
