LDI Mechanical is a Multi-Family HVAC contractor. We have been in business for over 50 years. We continue to grow as one of the nation’s premier Multi-Family HVAC contractors. We have locations in Southern California, Northern California, and Colorado.

We are currently searching for a quality and detail-oriented individual to lead our Estimating department

Duties shall include but not limited to:


Prepare Estimates for review:

Download plans – Take off plans – Enter into Estimate program – Create Proposal


Manage Project Specifics:

Manage & Track vendor quote requests, job correspondence, timelines


Submit Project Proposals to Clients:

Prepare Project Proposals and submit to clients with detailed information pertaining to the specific project

Communicate project goals and track communication with clients.


Manage Estimating Calendar:

Manage project due dates – Keep estimating team on track for due date


Assist with Submittal Process:

Assist Project Management Team with Submittal process and coordinate project budgets

Contracts:

Participate in the Contract review process with clients and provide feedback on project scope.

Assist with the review of Contract Scope to ensure it is project specific and that all items are covered.


Project Budgets:

Create and qualify project budgets for the project management team

Requirements:

Five years of experience of estimating for HVAC (or comparable trade within new construction)

Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent time management

Strong Communication skills

Ability to read blueprint plans

Ability to multi-task

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam

Able to navigate online Project Management Website (Procore, Autodesk, Plangrid)
