We're seeking the right candidate for the position of ADON at Ruleville Community Care Center. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the nursing department.
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of competent department personnel.
  • Participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling regular in-service training classes that provide instruction and ensure a well-educated nursing department while keeping up with Federal and State educational requirements.
  • Monitors and guide the completion of assessments in a timely manner.
  • Schedules and facilitates care plan conferences Facilitates monthly QM meetings
  • Manages Care Planning Process.
  • Assist in developing, presenting, and evaluating education and training for employees.
  • Infection prevention, vaccinations, collaboration with other healthcare professionals within and outside of the facility and implement infection prevention education.
