Job Title: Business Process & Product Design Lead

Location: Philadelphia, PA - Hybrid

 

Job Summary:

Role Overview:

Must-have skills

·       Pharma clinical supply chain experience

·       Knowledge of SaaS products and landscape

·       Strong business process analysis and design experience

·       Hands-on product design / digital product experience

·       Experience with GxP-regulated applications / products

·       Workshop facilitation to help harmonize divergent business processes into one target design

·       Rapid wireframing/prototyping (Figma or similar) to validate harmonized processes with stakeholders before build

·       Working knowledge of integrations and master data governance

·       Experience with large-scale ERP/SAP or supply chain transformation programs

Nice-to-have skills

·       Background in data-driven continuous improvement and harmonization initiatives

·       Comfort operating within a defined governance/RACI structure — knowing when to decide versus when to escalate

Key responsibilities

·       Business process & product design

  • Analyze and document current-state R&D supply chain processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and dependencies.
  • Define future-state process designs, frameworks, and taxonomy aligned to strategic objectives and industry best practices.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Ensure processes, data, and system capabilities are aligned to deliver target outcomes and user experience.

  • Assess differences in operating models across business units and identify simplification and standardization opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of common processes, business rules, and governance models.
  • Support change management, organizational readiness, and transition to harmonized ways of working.
  • Champion continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted partner between business teams, IT, digital product teams, and external vendors.
  • Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and drive consensus on priorities and solution direction.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
