Position Overview
Researches and analyzes vendor performance metrics and identifies root cause of recurring compliance issues. Prepares presentations for vendor onsite visits and facilitates problem-solving discussions. Research shortage deductions, makes recommendations for repayment and facilitates merchants' business decisions on open balances.

  • Prepares presentations for key vendors that include relevant information and a focused message. Communicates analysis findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Understands vendor scorecard metrics and can clearly explain assessment to suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Thoroughly researches assignments and draws logical conclusions from data.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of current and emerging policies, practices, trends, technologies, and business insights.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills in managing assigned research projects and deliverables.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and eagerly learns additional skills. Independently pursues new knowledge as part of self-development.

Relationship Management
  • Regularly engages with key vendors via email, video calls and onsite visits to address compliance issues and offers suggestions for performance improvement. Listens to vendors' concerns and keeps them apprised of progress on open issues.
  • Speaks frequently with buyers to discuss key vendors' compliance issues and provide clear and comprehensive explanations as to root cause and potential solutions. Proactively advises as new issues appear and follows through on issues with a sense of urgency.
  • Is comfortable presenting vendor overviews to senior merchants and MO leadership.
  • Utilizes strong organizational partnerships to enhance information sharing, support informed decision-making, and achieve objectives.
  • Maintains professionalism across all communication channels.

Productivity
  • Maintains a high level of quality in deliverables. Effectively manages daily tasks and assignments including but not limited to reviewing vendor scorecards, analyzing performance data, preparing presentation materials for vendor meetings and processing buyer expedite and exemption requests.
  • Checks deliverables for accuracy before submission to avoid rework. Work product reflects attention-to-detail. Displays consistency and thoroughness in work output.
  • Follows direction and is comfortable working in gray. Is open to new ideas and work processes. Adapts well to change.
