Job Description

THE POSITION:

In this key role, you will support EVERSANA's Commercial team through the preparation of recurring reports and dashboards, Salesforce data management, business performance tracking, and support of key business development activities. Working closely with the Commercial Operations team, Business Development teams, CRM partners, and leadership stakeholders, you will assist in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of information used to support business decision-making.

The Commercial Performance Analyst I is responsible for producing recurring reports, maintaining data quality within Salesforce, assisting with dashboard development, preparing materials for pipeline and forecast reviews, and responding to ad hoc business requests. This role serves as an important operational resource for the commercial organization, helping ensure that business data, reporting tools, and commercial processes remain accurate and effective.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and business systems. Strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical to success in this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:

  • Prepare and distribute recurring commercial performance reports, dashboards, and business review materials.
  • Support weekly and monthly pipeline reporting processes.
  • Assist with Salesforce data maintenance and reporting activities, partnering with CRM Admin and COE teams to support data accuracy and business needs
  • Investigate data discrepancies across Commercial reports, dashboards, and other business systems and partner with appropriate stakeholders to support resolution.
  • Assist with the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of standard commercial reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Support the Large Pharma Business Development team with Salesforce administration, account research, and other operational support and projects as needed.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives, reporting requests, and other ad hoc projects across the commercial organization.
  • Document reporting processes, data definitions, and standard operating procedures as directed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:

  • Travel National travel 3-5 times per year.
  • Hours 40 hrs per week, M-F
Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • One to two years of professional experience in business operations, sales operations, reporting, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365 skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems, business processes, and reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and seek solutions independently.
