Peoplesoft Analyst

Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst / Project Manager

Location: Houston, TX 

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Required Experience/Skills

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager on PeopleSoft HCM implementations.
  • Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, with hands-on experience in Labor Administration.
  • Experience with Time & Labor, Payroll for North America, Human Resources, and related HCM modules.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and creating functional specifications.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing project plans, risks, stakeholders, and implementation activities.
  • Experience leading testing efforts including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field.

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Experience implementing PeopleSoft Labor Administration in a large enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of labor agreements, union rules, bargaining units, and compensation compliance.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft integrations, workflows, security, reporting, and data conversion.
  • Background supporting public sector or government HR systems.
  • Experience working with unionized or collectively bargained workforces.
  • PMP, CBAP, PeopleSoft, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience developing training materials and leading organizational change management.
  • Ability to support post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer.
