Maintenance Assistant

Are you skilled in maintaining and troubleshooting building systems? We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help ensure the functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities.  The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background in Skilled Nursing facilities and a proactive approach to solving problems. This hands-on role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Overview:
As a Building Maintenance Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our facility operates smoothly. You’ll be responsible for inspecting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, coordinating maintenance schedules, and responding to requests to provide a safe and well-maintained environment.
