Job description

Now operating as ID Logistics US, we provide comprehensive supply chain solutions across 50+ sites, powered by over 7,000 team members within the United States. With a global workforce of over 38,000 experts and 84 million square feet of facilities across over 400 sites, we're transforming logistics--and this is just the beginning!
Location: Somerset, NJ
Work Schedule: Wed- Sat 7:00am -- 5:30pm
Salary: 23.50 Shift Diff $1.50

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures Audit preparedness
  • Troubleshoots on cases with issues
  • Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates
  • Responsible for maintaining all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems for ID Logistics (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Monthly Quality Training, Etc.)
  • Ensures that SOP' are up-to-date and reviewed as required
  • Ensures all appropriate documentation and communication are compliance with Quality Requirements
  • Ensures all documentation regarding internal audits are current.
  • Report / inform to associates of corrective actions that comply to QC
  • Report Safety non -conformance
  • Assure inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
  • Identifying and researching unique inventory occurrences and correct.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determining root cause.
  • Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems
  • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
  • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
  • Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Through compliance (DMS or Corp Compliance) instruction, systematic completion of all associate training and recordkeeping of. Superior organizational skills are critical.
