Overview

The Junior CRM Data Analyst is an active member of the Publicis Data & Insights Team. The Junior CRM Data Analyst will be responsible for aggregating, analyzing and providing insights that help monitor, optimize and deliver data driven recommendations to our clients on a regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and ad-hoc basis. This candidate must strive to ensure that the data used in the analytics process is accurate and robust. Candidates must also think strategically to identify issues that need to be optimized or resolved. The Analyst will always work proactively to prioritize resources to deliver on the tasks. In addition, it is important for the CRM Analyst to have attention to detail and to validate data that is questionable for accuracy and to help address "the why" to support any recommendations to clients, in collaboration with the CRM Analytics Manager and Director.

Responsibilities

Contribute to analytics projects of varying sizes and complexity, including report automation, data visualization, tool implementation requirements gathering and documentation, split testing, and ad hoc analysis.ย ย ย ย 

Create and/or maintain dashboards within data visualization tools such as Data Studio, Tableau, Amplitude.ย ย 

Contribute and complete to regular reporting, scorecards, and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc requests) based on the needs of the client.ย ย 

Support industry leading insights and recommendation on email, SMS, and Push campaigns.ย ย 

Assist with efforts to optimize the client's business by providing strategic recommendations, based on the insights. You don't simply provide the numbers but tell a data-driven story.

ย Desired Skills & Experienceย 

  • Candidate has 1-year experience and/or can demonstrate the following skills through project work having managed CRM analytics, ideally within an agency setting.ย ย 
  • Experience writing insights based on marketing campaign results.ย ย 
  • Worked on a project/conducted an analysis having used platforms such as: SFMC, MoEngage or Amplitude.ย ย 
  • Basic understanding of structured datasets - i.e. SQL and programming languages like Python.ย ย 
  • Experience working with Data Visualization tools such as Google Studio or Tableau.ย 
  • Knowledge A/B or multivariate testing and analysis for CRM campaigns.ย ย 
  • Undergraduate Degree (Marketing, Business, Statistics, Analysis, or other related degrees considered an asset).ย ย
