We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth on our internal e-commerce platform and external partner platforms by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to sales strategy, a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce space.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
