Job Title: eCommerce Project Manager I

Duration: 3+ Months Contract – W2
Location: 501 West 30th Street, New York, NY 10001 (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in executing site activations, managing content, and driving performance insights for a high-profile beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the site content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing, organic social, and DDX teams.
  • Partner with the DDX team on site activations including pop-ups, quizzes, and sampling.
  • Localize global DMI activations for the U.S. eCommerce site.
  • Lead Firework UGC content launches: coordinate with A&I to obtain usage rights, upload via Firework PM, and integrate across site touchpoints (homepage & PDPs).
  • Support execution of new homepage rollout in partnership with UX and development agencies.
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting, using MikMak insights and collaborating with CPD on new platform benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in eCommerce or digital site operations preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work with external partners.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
