Job description

Job Summary:
AA2IT is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to provide on-site IT support to clients in various industries. The role involves driving to client locations to address break-fix issues and support a range of IT devices, with a focus on printer repair.
Responsibilities:
• IT field technician - driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices.
• TOP 2 : Electro-mechanical and printer hardware repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system. Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Key skill is Printer Breakfix
• Schedule- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed.
• OC (on call)? Yes, after completing all required Certs and training
Qualifications:
Required:

• Ability to drive to client sites and provide general IT support to customers
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
• Willingness to work overtime or after-hours as needed
• On-call availability after completing all required certifications and training
Preferred:
• 2-5 years of experience preferred but we will train
• A+ certification is good to have but not necessary
• Lexmark certifications and experience are preferred but not necessary
• Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus
• Client Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary
