Position Overview
The Picklr is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Pickleball Instructors to teach clinics, private lessons, and other instructional programs. Instructors report to the Club Coordinator and support club programming, promotions, and member engagement initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and are motivated to grow their own client base while providing a fun, safe, and professional learning environment for players of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead clinics and group lessons, encouraging participation in all club programs
  • Provide high-quality private lessons to members and guests
  • Assist the Club Coordinator with programming and promotions
  • Maintain courts and instructional equipment in a safe and professional manner
  • Promote instructor services, private lessons, and club memberships
  • Build and maintain a personal client base

Teaching
  • Deliver clinics and private lessons following club guidelines
  • Ensure courts are cleaned and reset after lessons or clinics
Scheduling & Payments (Play by Point)
  • Input clinics and private lessons into Play by Point
  • Check in participants and ensure payment is complete before instruction
