About the Role
As a Pickleball Coach at Center Court Pickleball, you'll be at the heart of everything we do - delivering exceptional instruction, building a vibrant court culture, and guiding players from their very first dink to competitive match play. This isn't just a coaching job; it's a chance to shape the game for the next generation of pickleball enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Player Development
โ€ข Conduct private and group pickleball lessons for players of all skill levels
โ€ข Develop and lead instructional clinics, drills, and structured training programs
โ€ข Provide constructive feedback, technique instruction, and strategic coaching to support player growth
โ€ข Evaluate player skill levels and assist with appropriate placement, progression, and program recommendations
Program & Event Support
โ€ข Assist in organizing and executing club programs, leagues, tournaments, and special events
โ€ข Support player readiness for match play, league play, and competitive environments
โ€ข Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure consistent instruction and programming standards
Culture, Safety & Professionalism
โ€ข Promote a fun, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members and guests
โ€ข Maintain a safe playing environment while enforcing facility rules and standards
โ€ข Uphold Center Court Pickleball Club policies, procedures, and code of conduct

Qualifications
Required
