We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Urgent Care team in a PRN capacity. This role provides essential support when additional coverage is needed, helping ensure safe staffing and timely, high-quality care for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures

  • Room patients, record patient histories, vital signs, and document in the electronic health record (EHR)

  • Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per scope of licensure

  • Educate patients on health, medications, and follow-up care

  • Coordinate referrals and patient care follow-ups

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) – Active/Unencumbered RN license in state of practice or compact license including state of practice.

  • Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred

  • Familiarity with EPIC a plus!

  • For positions within UnityPoint Clinic, team members may be required to work at or to float to other locations to support optimized staffing
