Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes and quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately
  • Assess and monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
  • Respond effectively to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
  • Participate in care planning and resident assessments
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed

Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
  • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills
