PRN Registered Nurse (RN) –  Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN) & IV Hydration Nurse

It Is Well Healthcare & Medispa is seeking a skilled, energetic, and patient-focused PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Medispa team. This position is ideal for an experienced aesthetic injector or an RN with IV therapy experience and a passion for aesthetics who is eager to expand their skills.
The ideal candidate is confident administering IV hydration therapy, Botox® Cosmetic, and dermal fillers while providing an exceptional patient experience. If you are passionate about helping patients look and feel their best, we'd love to meet you!
Position Type
  • PRN (As Needed)
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends based on patient demand
Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Safely administer cosmetic neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, etc.).
  • Perform dermal filler treatments to enhance facial aesthetics.
  • Administer IV hydration and wellness infusions according to established protocols.
  • Assess patients before, during, and after treatments and provide thorough education and aftercare instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within the electronic medical record (EHR).
  • Recognize and appropriately manage potential adverse reactions or complications.
  • Assist with patient follow-up and treatment planning.
  • Educate patients on skincare, aesthetic procedures, wellness services, and available treatment options.
  • Collaborate with providers and Medispa staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment while following infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
  • Help promote Medispa services through patient education and community engagement.
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Delaware Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
  • Previous experience administering IV hydration therapy required.
  • Previous experience with cosmetic injectables (Botox and dermal fillers) preferred.
  • Candidates with strong IV skills and a willingness to complete aesthetic injector training are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
  • Professional, compassionate, and customer-service oriented.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EHR) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa settings.
  • Familiarity with aesthetic consultation and treatment planning.
