Hours: 18-25 hours per month, depending on scheduled Bingo events.
Are you interested in picking up extra weekend hours to supplement your current income? A student looking to earn a little pocket change? Are you retired and interested in picking up a few shifts per month in a fun environment? Are you looking for a part time job that's engaging and enjoyable? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this may be the job for you!
As a part-time Bingo Cashier Caller, you'll be responsible for calling out numbers during bingo games, ensuring that all players have an enjoyable experience. You'll also be responsible for collecting and counting money from bingo players, as well as verifying winning cards. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for bingo, we look forward to hearing from you.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Promote the sales of Bingo admissions, Bingo Paper to patrons.
  • Inform patrons of upcoming events or emergency calls.
  • Announce or call Bingo numbers in an efficient process and in a clear distinctive voice, announce games being played, color of bingo card, prize money and other general information to patrons.
  • Accountable for monies collected for sale of Bingo paper, pull tabs and excess paper at end of Bingo game, knowledge of Bingo operations and equipment, including PA and entertainment system.
  • Verify each winning card by means of computer, maintain lights on display boards and proper display of game information on game boards.
  • Track payouts, redeem winning tickets, and rate all pertinent player activity.
  • Notify supervisor of any disputes, problems or concerns with either a patron or a game.
  • Responsible for knowing all events in the property.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check
