About the Role:

The Security Guard | Flex-Officer plays a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of various client sites across the United States. This position requires a vigilant and adaptable professional who can respond effectively to diverse security challenges in different environments. The primary goal is to protect people, property, and assets by monitoring premises, enforcing regulations, and responding promptly to incidents. The Flex-Officer must be capable of working flexible hours and locations, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times. Ultimately, this role contributes to creating a secure and safe environment that supports the operational success of the client organizations.

Shift Schedule
  • Monday – Sunday

  • Variable shifts based on operational needs

  • Evenings, weekends, and on-call availability required


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid security guard license or certification as required by the state of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to perform patrol duties, including standing and walking for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement roles.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Familiarity with security technology such as CCTV systems and alarm monitoring.
