About the Position:

Big Stone Therapies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead and support our therapy services in Albert Lea, MN. This unique dual-role position combines clinical practice with operational leadership, making it ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in both patient care and administrative oversight.

Job Classification: Dual Role - Clinic Manager & Practicing Therapist/Therapist Assistant

Schedule: This position will be performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant at our private practice clinic.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in person
