Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) – Louisville, KY
 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Outpatient, Dialysis, and Inpatient Rounding
 1 weekend every 4 weeks (with a weekday off following) | 1–2 holidays per year (bonus pay + extra holiday)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced APRN to join a collaborative healthcare team in Louisville. This full-time position offers a mix of outpatient office, dialysis, and inpatient rounding, providing opportunities to deliver comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across outpatient, dialysis, and inpatient settings

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans

  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care

  • Apply evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical guideline development

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR


Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program

  • Current APRN license in Kentucky

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification

  • Minimum of 1 year of APRN experience; ICU/critical care RN experience strongly preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
